If you'd like to return something for an exchange or refund you'll have 14 days from the date you received it to send it back to me. I won't quibble! But it would be helpful for my business to know the reason for the return.
To be eligible for a refund, the returned item must be in the same condition that you received it and sent back in the original packaging, you'll need to cover the cost of return postage.
Once I've received your returned item, I'll email you to let you know it's arrived and confirm arrangements for your exchange or refund.
I carefully package all my products for posting, if something goes wrong and your order arrives damaged please let me know within 48 hours of receiving it and email or text a photo to me so that I can claim back my costs from Royal Mail. Let me know too if you'd like a refund or a replacement.
